We are senior citizens, 80 and 74, and are somewhat challenged with all the new technology we are faced with. We had a 17 year old TV. It was high time we replaced it with one for the 2020s. We contracted with Pavel to install a Samsung 65" smart frame TV, with all the bells and whistles. Pavel has been the most responsive and capable contractor that we have ever dealt with. We called him on 9/3/2020. The TV was up and running, including a Sonos Audio Box in the afternoon of 9/5/2020. Pavel took all the time to explain everything that this TV can do for you very patiently. He communicates very well and is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Pavel for any job related to a TV or Home Theater installation.

Mounting a TV and running power in my backyard was going to be a weekend project that I kept putting off and thankfully never got around to doing myself. After realizing I just didn't have time to get this done I reached out to a few of what I would consider the more reputable providers based on reviews. Pavel at Dream Home Entertainment was by far the most receptive to answering my questions, had good ballpark estimates based on pictures alone and great availability. Pavel came out and simply knocked it out of the park. The install is incredibly clean, the provided TV mount swings smooth and provides nice visibility from our seating area. After seeing the work Pavel did I'm actually thrilled I never tried to do the work myself. There's just no way I could have done the job with the same aesthetic quality. I'll definitely have Pavel back for home security and LED install.

Super fast service! Mounted 2 large TVs in no tv with led lighting and wire concealment. Sound bar got mounted with my my new ps5 and a shelve system. Tv installation was spot on with excellent communication

Very Very happy!! Pavel was awesome to work with. From start to finish I couldn't be happier. I gave him a wall, told him want I wanted, and he made my idea even better, exceeded all expectations. The installation was meticulous and works exactly as he promised. He was quick and even went the extra mile to come back and install a different (better) mount for our other TVs. How about this, the first weekend the system was installed I pressed a wrong button. I called Pavel on a Saturday asking him what I did wrong we couldn't figure it out over the phone so he drove to my house on his day off and fixed my problem. I would highly recommend Dream Home Entertainment to friends and family! Thank you!!

Top rated on Yelp for good reason! Responded quickly to my questions via Yelp, set up an appointment quickly. Was able to remove my old TV then mount my new TV on the wall. Made sure that it was set up properly and that I knew how to work the TV and remote. Patiently answered my questions about optimal settings. And was super gracious when I called back with a stupid question after he had already left (I should have known the answer but just had a brain lapse, but he was kind to help clarify it for me). Would definitely use this company again.

Wow! I wish I would have found Pavel much sooner in our movie room makeover. I wanted to mount our 82" tv on the wall over a window but was told I couldn't do it as the mounts were not large enough to cover the window. After doing some research I found Pavel. One email conversation on a Saturday (he responded same day - within like an hour) and he already had a couple of ideas. Came out on Tuesday and provided an estimate. TV mounted on Thursday. Great communication, extremely professional and respectful of our house. Also helped with rearranging sound system equipment. This review is specifically geared towards everyone that resides in the greater Sacramento area. If you’re looking for a professional, attentive, and knowledgeable installer for your home entertainment needs, I HIGHLY recommend “Dream Home Entertainment”. This business is owned and operated by Pavel who has been servicing thousands of customers throughout the years. My wife and I were in the market for a 65” 4K UHD TV. I was originally going to purchase the TV and book the appointment on a Friday but the store was out of stock. Jump forward two days later on a Sunday and I found the TV I wanted for a great deal. I purchased the TV at 10am and Pavel was able to come to my home at 11am! During the entire installation process, everything went absolutely perfect. Since my living room has a fireplace mantle with a low ceiling, Pavel measured everything to assure me that this large size TV would fit accordingly on my wall. He gave me a couple of options; one of which was a fixed wall mount and the other was a swivel tilt wall mount. I ended up choosing the swivel tilt option and I must say, I am so happy I made this decision! In addition to installing the mounts, Pavel also lowered and bolted my soundbar (that I was already using for my previous TV) directly below the mantle and centered everything perfectly. He even had a longer cord on hand that connected from my new TV to the power outlet. The service, skill, and expertise that Pavel demonstrated far exceeded my expectations. In addition to mounting TV’s of all sizes, Pavel has knowledge and skill in connected surround sound systems, security cameras, and prewiring of ethernet, coaxial, & speaker wires, and assuring that everything is working on tip-top shape. My rating for “Dream Home Entertainment”, a unanimous five-stars.

Great experience. Pavel was very responsive when I inquired about having my 77" Sony OLED mounted above my fireplace. Good communication, came on time. Gave me good recommendations on the type of mount to use. I had a positive experience.
