This was the BEST service from any company we ever used. Pavel responded very promptly and stopped by that same day. The next day he brought our new TV and installed it (he had to reroute the cable to a diffferent wall), excellent advice and explanation on all levels. I would not ever use another company and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!

Really great experience. Pavel did a great job with our game room with dual (side-by-side) TV mountings, wiring, and LED back-lighting. Throughout the process he was very precise in understanding our desires for the setup and provided a lot of great recommendations for future additions that we'll definitely be having him do. He was able to fit our appointment in super quick with us being local as well.

Omg. As seniors, we were overwhelmed on how to hook up our tv and speakers to an amplifier. We called Pavel at Dream Home Entertainment to help. We provided a RFP to multiple firms and interviewed all of them for technical expertise, system design and programming, pricing and timing and execution plan for installation. We replaced our entire Home Theater and home audio/visual systems throughout out our home. We selected Pavel given his collective rankings in each key attribute essential to our home AV objectives. Pavel was great. Called him last minute for de-installation and he came in the next hour and removed the speakers and helped move my couch.

Pavel came out to help install our tv at a very last minute request. He moved his schedule around for us, which was so kind and we appreciated it so much. Our previous scheduled installer with a different company was giving us the back and forth so we decided to try to find someone else. And Pavel was so gracious and great to work with. Not only did he install a swivel wall mount, he even dragged our 55 inch tv by himself up to our apartment from the front office, another thing he didn't have to do. When we got up to my apartment our cat tree was in the way of the installation so he unscrewed it from the wall and moved it for us. He did so much more than we could have hoped for and we are just so happy with his service. Our tv looks great and he was so quick and friendly. He also provided great advice but wasn't pushy or trying to sell us anything. Highly recommend Pavel to anyone who needs help with their entertainment systems. Lots of people can hang a tv but Pavel does it right with quality gear and precision. Awesome from the initial quote to the end of service. He's communicative and respectful with a super clean cables routed and tied neatly...These details matter! HIGH RECOMMEND from me. I'll be using him again.

Had quite a mess for Pavel to help me with. Several power amplifiers with cables and cords everywhere. The system was analog 2 channel. Needed adapters to run system for home stereo. After sometime trying to get thing's running, Pavel suggested that I upgrade my system to digital. I was very much interested in doing so.
